A prayer for freedom and humanity

Wouldn’t it be nice to build a world where people are free?
Free from need, free to choose, free to devote themselves to what they want to do, free to express their uniqueness.
The society around them, the organisations and institutions should be structured to allow this.
This means really putting people at the centre.
Today, however much people insist on saying the opposite, it still works in exactly the opposite way.
Civil coexistence, the functioning of organisations and society are based on simplifying and standardising people’s behaviour to a standard. This mortifies human nature, which is by nature creative, unique, collaborative and social.
Having to submit to rules and modes of behaviour that are the same for everyone is not a condition imposed by nature, by some law of physics or by a moral imperative, but only the result of a particular economic/organisational/social configuration that we can and must change.
This is the frontier of organisations and society.
To build an environment in which people are free from need and can express their uniqueness.
Fortunately, a few madmen, stimulated by an incompressible inner need, pursuing their ideals, initially ignored by many and hindered by others, manage to realise this uniqueness and set an example of a different way of living, creating products/services and working. When this example becomes real and concrete, it overwhelms the habits practised up to that point and everything starts to change faster.
Let’s support the insane and true humanity, the one that does not want itself be dulled by the quiet life and conformism.
We want freedom !
